Seneca Women worked with the McKinsey Global Institute on a major study of the benefits to be gained from the economic empowerment of women. Released in 2015, the study made headlines around the world with its findings. Among the findings: That advancing women’s equality, by enabling women to play an identical role to men in labor markets, could add as much as $12 trillion to annual GDP.
